Swap Rates have risen again sharply this week with 2 years swaps increasing by over 0.5% that has led to lenders again withdrawing rates and re-launching with higher products that reflect the change. The increase is largely due to economic volatility with another Base Rate rise widely predicted by the Bank of England (BoE) when they meet next week.
